Client Success Intern

You will be a part of a team that is changing how sales and lead generation works! Your role is essential as the bridge between the company and Clients. You will be the first point of contact in customer satisfaction and uncovering new opportunities for BeeCore.
  • Conduct industry and client research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for innovation and expansion.
  • Work with Client Success Managers to identify patterns in client data and use those patterns to inform client success strategies (engagement & transformation).
  • Support client success strategy and planning sessions.Joining conference calls and taking notes.
  • Trained by our in-house Client Relations Manager.
Job Requirement:
  • Students pursuing an education in Communications, Business related fields or have experience in customer sales and/or telemarketing.
  • Able to commit to at least 3 months.
  • Have an excellent command of written and verbal English with a strong set of communication skills
